Jeanine Hansen – Regional Director/Principal, Minnesota and North Dakota: Jeanine Hansen brings more than 25 years of business experience to her role with Compound Profit. She spent most of her career in professional services, most recently twelve years with RSM McGladrey, the number 5 accounting firm in the U.S. While at McGladrey Hansen was instrumental in the design and delivery of key Executive Development programs for high performing managers, directors and partners around the country. 

In 2002 she earned the McGladrey Achievement Award for client service excellence. She also spent three years as Director of Operations at McGladrey. Hansen earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Marketing from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN and her Master of Business Administration in Operations and Strategy from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management in Minneapolis. While at the Carlson School Hansen gained international business experience by participating in two coveted Global Enrichment Programs: International Dairy Queen Strategy in China (Shanghai, China) and Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility in Scandinavia (Oslo, Norway; Stockholm, Sweden; and Copenhagen, Denmark).
